Inner & Outer Leadership

Course Description

Most of us avoid tough feedback conversations, because they’re hard. And we’re not sure how to safely navigate them.

Yet, feedback is critical to development and to improving performance. In fact, 92% believe difficult feedback is effective at printing, improving performance, if delivered appropriately (HBR). However, managers dread giving feedback. Employees wonder how they're doing, but are anxious to receive feedback. Too often, feedback conversations are avoided or delivered in a way that isn't productive.

This offering for women provides an inner foundation of self-mastery that naturally supports their leadership in the world. Through development of the Inner Observer and understanding of inner patterns and parts, participants will move beyond stuck patterning and resistance into creative flow and expanded perspectives (both/and, beyond polarization). From there, they will learn to claim embodied, centered power that integrates feminine and masculine traits. Aligned with their core values and biggest vision, they will commit to practices that support them as extraordinary leaders who inspire others to collaborate and create together.
