Course Description

This course is designed for people who wish to improve their ability to manage multiple tasks.

In this course, attendees will learn how to:

  • Leverage single-tasking over multi-tasking

  • Say “no” and negotiate

  • Find lost time and reclaim it

  • Apply simple project management to tasks and projects

  • Utilize a personal, visual task planner

  • Visualize individual and team priorities
