Course Description

This course is designed for leaders and teams who want to improve their skills in problem-solving and buy-in.

In this course, attendees will learn how to:

  • Craft an effective problem statement

  • Collect facts and data that illustrate the problem

  • Identify root causes that create the perceived problem

  • Gain buy-in and feedback on the analysis of their problem

  • Identify countermeasures to test

  • Measure whether these experiments fixed the problem

  • To share results and lessons learned with the entire organization to increase organizational intelligence
