In our six month program of modules and workshops, we delve into key aspects such as self-awareness, team dynamics, psychological safety, intercultural competence, decision-making, and accountability. Each month, participants focus on a different facet of leadership, building upon foundational skills and knowledge. From understanding one's own mindset and biases to fostering inclusive team environments and making impactful decisions, every aspect of the program is aimed at empowering leaders to thrive in diverse and challenging situations.

Program Overview

Our six-month leadership development experience is designed to fit your schedule in a hybrid schedule of in person and online sessions. Sessions for month one and six are in person to check in, ground our work as a cohort, and to celebrate our accomplishments. Sessions for months two, three, four and five are all virtual for you to do at your own pace in a way that fits your life. Virtual sessions are held on Zoom and each session is two hours in length.

The Athena Group draws on an experienced team of practitioners whose collective work includes leadership development, employee engagement, systems change, training & coaching, thought partnership, DEI, strategic planning, multicultural communication, capacity building, and conflict engagement.
