Anthony Campbell, Ph.D.

Dr. Anthony Campbell (he/him) has over 15 years of experience researching and working with local governments. An organizer and planner at his core, Anthony has a particular focus on stakeholder engagement, process analysis, and community relationship building.

Rhiannon is a highly skilled professional with a diverse background encompassing administrative work, coordination, and a strong focus on promoting financial equity for marginalized groups.

Reid Corzatt

Reid is a systems strategist based in Olympia, WA. Reid uses language as a tool to elevate individuals from all backgrounds and to ensure underrepresented community members are heard and valued by their peers and organizations.

Liz DuBois

Engaging, practical, and outcome driven, Liz DuBois thrives in the dynamic and ever shifting environments found in modern organizations. She serves leaders by providing a clear and objective vision of their organization and by defining the measurable appearance of success

Stacy Hirsch

Stacy brings with her 25+ years of experience working in a range of environments within the private, public, and non-profits sectors. She is a consultant, certified coach, and facilitator.

Paul Horton

Paul is a leadership and strategy coach and organizational change professional with 25 years of experience working with the public, private, non-profit, and higher education sectors.

Kate King

Kate King (PMP) (she/her) supports all Athena project teams by managing contracting and invoicing, as well as the internal proposal development process, to ensure that we are submitting high-quality and timely invoices and proposals.

Irene Konev

Irene Konev (she/her/hers) has over 20 years of experience in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, including community organizing, outreach, public relations, facilitation and working with nonprofits and local governments.

Tevin Medley

Tevin Medley provides Program evaluation and monitoring as well as Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) training, facilitation and consulting that meets a variety of needs for organizations of all sizes.

Karen Meyer

Karen Meyer brings over 25 years' experience in helping communities understand and advocate for important issues through assessment, planning, engagement, project management and performance improvement.

Faith Trimble

Faith excels in facilitation, strategy, participatory engagement, and project management with organizations and communities.

Crystal Wade

Crystal (she/her) is an organizational development consultant that utilizes a relationship-first approach in working with individuals and teams across organizations. Crystal believes that problems can be gifts that provide opportunities for us to learn, grow and improve together.

George Zeno

George is a social ecology practitioner who combines his lived experience with formal knowledge of academia, business intelligence, and the wisdom of community to co-create collective action for a more equitable, just, and sustainable future.
