Kate King (PMP) (she/her) supports all Athena project teams by managing contracting and invoicing, as well as the internal proposal development process, to ensure that we are submitting high-quality and timely invoices and proposals.
Irene Konev (she/her/hers) has over 20 years of experience in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, including community organizing, outreach, public relations, facilitation and working with nonprofits and local governments.
Tevin Medley provides Program evaluation and monitoring as well as Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) training, facilitation and consulting that meets a variety of needs for organizations of all sizes.
Karen Meyer brings over 25 years' experience in helping communities understand and advocate for important issues through assessment, planning, engagement, project management and performance improvement.
Faith began the Athena Group more than 20 years ago with an intention of designing work around life instead of life around work. Faith excels in facilitation, participatory engagement, project management, policy analysis, and strategy. For the past 26 years I have been providing professional services to state agencies, cities and counties, transit authorities, and non-profit organizations with organization, community and cross-sector projects.
Crystal (she/her) is an organizational development consultant that utilizes a relationship-first approach in working with individuals and teams across organizations. Crystal believes that problems can be gifts that provide opportunities for us to learn, grow and improve together.
