The Athena Group partnered with the Washington State Recreation and Conservation Office (RCO) to support a strategic realignment of its operations and structure in response to significant organizational growth. This two-phase project included a deep business operations assessment and a tailored change management process to implement a new organizational structure, ensuring RCO’s continued success in managing complex and growing public grant programs.
Athena helped facilitate large group and individual discussions with staff in order to analyze our agency's business and structure. From these discussions came recommendations that we successfully implemented. We are now on a path towards more efficient operations and greater focus on our individual team members.
