Our tailored equity-focused leadership training program empowers leaders to center racial equity in their organizations, fostering inclusive environments that promote belonging and engagement for all employees.
Participants leave with tools and strategies for identifying where power is held, where assumptions shape outcomes, and where they have opportunities to interrupt bias and institutional harm. The training is designed to meet people where they are and create space for both accountability and growth.

Training highlights both local and national case studies on the importance of leading with a racial equity lens. Engaging materials, such as documentaries and podcasts, will be integrated to deepen understanding of critical concepts. For example, discussions may center around the documentary 13th, which addresses the intersection of race, mass incarceration, and systemic inequality.
