Training

This workshop is designed for talent management staff, hiring managers, and internal leaders who are interested in building their capacity to facilitate conversations about equity, belonging, and inclusion across their teams and departments. Structured as two 3-hour sessions (6 hours total), the training offers practical tools and shared learning to support long-term culture change within organizations.

The workshop uses a train-the-trainer model. Participants explore the role of the facilitator, practice guiding conversations around equity, and engage with tools and frameworks that can be adapted to their specific workplace contexts. Participants leave with a facilitation guide to support them in leading conversations with colleagues and staff.

• Understanding the concept of belonging

• Distinguishing between dialogue and debate

• Behaviors that support generative dialogue

• Preparing for and navigating difficult conversations

• Using inclusive language

• Facilitating equity in everyday decision-making and team processes
