The Courageous Conversations Framework presented to participants explicitly calls out equity and power dynamics. Suggested scripting within the framework uses inclusive language. Any live demos of the framework demonstrate inclusive language and have used scenarios related to equity (e.g. addressing a microaggression with a colleague). Participants are encouraged to practice any challenging scenarios including scenarios related to equity and inclusion.
